Observe Your Mind

If you take notice of your mind right as you wake up, there is a moment where there is such clarity. I'm talking about awakening from your sleep and your dreams and then slowly observing your mind before all of the thoughts begin taking over and crowding you out. If you make it a point to concentrate when you first become conscious in the morning and just observe this peaceful space between your thoughts, you will be amazed what Yahweh can show you there. We are after all the ultimate observer of what takes place in our minds and believe it or not this constant bombardment of thought keeps us thinking we are not in control, much less the source of all this thinking.

We are immersed in thoughts all day long, so much so that we can't see our real substance, spirit. One thought is connected to another and then another and pretty soon you have a whole clump or city of thoughts. We become blinded by our daily thoughts only to miss out of who exactly we are in purity.

Once you find this space in yourself, (you can do it while in meditation) you can feel the reality of just exactly who you are.
It has such serenity and warmth there and the comfort and understanding of your source is presented to you without effort.

Try it the next time you wake up without an alarm clock or the kids jumping on your bed. We all need to appreciate what lies beneath this constantly busy thinking mind that demands our attention every second. The peace and love you will feel is astounding.
